We believe every purchase on DiploStore should be made with confidence. This policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
DiploStore is a sub-brand of the Diplomatic Insight Group and is owned and operated by Diplomatic Insight Publishers Pvt Ltd.
1.1 Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled without charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at contact@diplostore.com with your order number.
1.2 After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the Returns section below.
1.3 Curated Items
Certain curated, limited-edition, or made-to-order pieces may not be cancellable after placement. This will be indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
2.1 Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with all tags, seals, and accompanying documentation intact, and the item is not among the exclusions listed in Section 2.4.
2.2 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, email contact@diplostore.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
2.3 Return Shipping
The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect, error on our part, or damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order pieces; digital products, downloadable content, or online courses; intimate apparel, fragrances, and perishable goods; items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on the product page; gift cards and vouchers.
4.1 Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
4.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items returned with visible signs of wear or missing packaging, or late returns (beyond the 7-day window, at our discretion).
4.4 Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
